Summary:
We are looking to bring on a hands on a Sr Manufacturing Engineer who is skilled with machining processes, policy development and implementation.

- Policy development and implementation.
- Writing Standard Operating Procedures / SOP's (Work Instructions)
- Training and developing staff members on best practices.
- Develop metrics and reports to reinforce best practices.
- Manage automation, tooling and fixturing.
- Participate in capital equipment selection and justification
- Analyze production issues through route cause analysis to resolve issues
- Lead Kaizen events and have an understanding of lean manufacturing techniques
Requirements
- BSME / BSIE or Engineering related Degree
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing as an Industrial / Manufacturing Engineer
- Leadership experience is preferred.
- Certified Green or Black Belt preferred.
- ISO / Quality Standards experience
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing techniques.
Salary 70-115K
